HSZ Type chain block

HSZ series chain hoist adopts symmetrical two-stage spur gear transmission structure. It can be used with monorail crane to form a lifting carriage, which can be used for monorail overhead transportation, or for manual single beam lifting and cantilever crane. It is a widely used and convenient manual lifting machine, which can be used for industrial, agricultural, construction, mining and other lifting machine installation, goods lifting, vehicle loading and unloading, especially for open-air and no power operation.

HSZ type chain block is an improved product with more reasonable mechanism, small volume, light weight, close to market demand, and has been sold well in domestic and foreign markets.

HSZ type hand pulling sound use rules: it is strictly forbidden to use other power operation except human power. Before use, make sure the parts are intact, the transmission part and lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal. Before lifting, check whether the upper and lower hooks are hung firmly. It is strictly forbidden to lift heavy objects at the tip. The lifting chain shall be suspended vertically without any wrong twisted chain, and the lower hook frame of double chain shall not be turned over.

The operator should stand in the same plane with the hand extension wheel and pull the hand zipper bar to make the hand chain wheel rotate along the direction of the chronometer to make the weight rise; pull the chain backward to make the weight fall. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to work or walk under heavy objects to avoid personal injury. In the lifting process, no matter the object rises or falls, when pulling the hand zipper, the force should be even and gentle, not too strong, so as to avoid the hand zipper jumping or snap ring. If the operator finds that the hand tension is greater than the normal tension, he should stop using it immediately.
